Meet Our Founders

Founded by childhood friends Anshan, Vishnu, and Bhavan, EGG'N SMASH began as a shared dream built over years of late-night conversations, early-morning breakfasts, and an unwavering love for good food. Growing up together, they bonded over two particular food obsessions: perfectly grilled juicy burgers and comfort-driven breakfast classics.

After years of experience as restauranteurs, chefs, and eaters, their personal passion evolved into a clear vision - to create a place where their brunch favourites, bold ideas and diner nostalgia could live together under one roof. Rooted in friendship, trust, and a hands-on approach, their goal was never just to open a restaurant, but to build a space that feels familiar, energetic, and unapologetically fun.
